Why are there no charts, diagrams, or graphics on this website? Do you have some sort of confused philosophy that a thousand words are better than a single picture? Well, let me tell you, a few dozen diagrams are better than a few dozen-thousand word essays.
Hi everybody,
before starting i need to know if it's possible to this with drupal 7:
- users when registering can choose between 2 usergroups:
---bands: can post their profile and upload two mp3 songs;
---users: can only visualize band profiles and mp3s
- a form (accessible to band users) wich generates band profiles (some text fields for infos, location, etc) and let them upload up to 2 mp3 files with some text fields for title, album.. and MOST IMPORTANT a rating field (for example 5 stars) for each file
Hey folks,
I have drupal 6 running on my server. on that page i have a blog. Now, after opening the blog overview page I have all titles twice, because I have writtten it to the post body as well.
Why did I do that? That's actually pretty simple. After opening the post the Title is not shown. Therefore I entered the title to the body itself.
My question now is, how can I include the Title from the "Title"-Field to the Blog page.
I'm completely new to Drupal. I'm used to working with databases manually. Our current MS Access database is a convoluted mess of unfinished sections and information layered into several tables [not properly normalized]. So I want to create a new database; and I feel using Drupal might make development much faster, or at least more flexible. [I could use access, but redoing all the forms/reports would take forever and it would probably still be slow.]
I have a question regarding what would be the best solution for what I am looking to do.
I am looking to set up what will essentially be an online catalogue, specification:
I am experimenting and trying to learn something about Drupal over at Drupal Gardens but so far I'm just not happy. I have been charged with creating a website for our club and I wanted to use a standard CMS for the forum, the user management, the photo gallery, and the club calendar/schedule. Other website features would be coded by me. The problem is I don't really like the way the thing looks so far.
