Before you start

Hi everyone,

I've had a look at the test admin panel at opensourcecms, and Drupal looks great.

One thing I'd like to do is set up a 'Review' content type with extra fields such as Publisher and Score. How easy is it to do this?

I am looking to create a review site for a wide variety of topics: Restaurants, Hotels, Movies, Music, Tours, etc. Initially I had been planning to go with Vbulletin + GARS (thevbgeek.com) for this site but Vbulletin does not yet have a few features I would like to give a certain level of granularity for the reviews.

Okay I have been testing Drupal in a sub-folder on my site for quite some time and am ready to switch it to the main site... well spam has made me need to switch it before it is totally complete. Anyway my question is before I switch this over will it affect any of the already present sub-folders on the site?

I don't want the site to be changed from what it is except for the drupal part of it. There are some sub-folders that have no index pages and some that do. How will these be affected and should I worry about them being affected?

I am thinking about using Drupal for a new project, however, I am a little concerned about how efficient it is. I read somewhere here that some users are finding their pages have over 100 queries!! *faints*

I am going to try and not wear out my welcome, get to the point, and get it done.

I have 4.7 on cpanel but there is nothing there to save content wise. I would like to completely delete the 4.7 and start with a fresh 5.1 on a clean slate.

How do I completely remove 4.7 from cpanel?

Is there a cpanel help site?

I have all my login info andI have a pretty good understanding of how to upload 5.1

I want to use Drupal develop a site where users will upload one of three things in response to various topics. They will be (1) mp3 files, (2) jpegs, or (3) YouTube embedded flash code.
