Can OG do this?

Hi,
Could someone tell me whether/which of the following is possible with Organic Groups (or another module)?
1. Create and manage user groups where one user can belong to more than one group
2. Group has own content space (files, pictures, etc.)
3. Assign moderation/admin rights to some users on a group-by-group basis
4. Group members can send messages to other group members via forum (access controlled reading/viewing)
5. Group members can choose to receive messages via e-mail and reply via e-mail.

AJAX post header toggle

A regular post will have a headline, then some meta data and then the article. I'm wondering if I can hide the story in a div tag and toggle it via AJAX. I want a list of links (which would be headlines) and when you click a link it opens the story and closes another story. It consists of a Div with the headline and a Div with a story, both controlled by JS and a class in each.

Can I use Drupal for this?

Hi mates!

I've just began playing with drupal and I love it so far :)

Today I have a website for a swedish "dogclub" for the breed Australian terrier.

At the moment the homepage is driven by a CMS that I made myself. But I really would like to test drupal instead. But my problem is "Vetdata". It's a list with memberdogs and there veterinary examination result. Today, it looks like this:

http://aussieklubben.se/?m=vetdata&p=vetdata&get=a&id=13

What Drupal CANNOT do

Hello forum,

I would appreciate if anyone can share what Drupal cannot do out of the box or with a small time of development.

Thanks a lot

Integrating PHP scripts with $get variables.

Hi,

Decided yesterday to convert my custom cms to Drupal and had some questions I hope you can help me with.

I have a menu with three items which currently takes PHP $get variables. Lets use cars for an example...

So we have the file cars.php?brand= where we want to input the brand.

Think a menu structure like this:

Cars
- Porche (links to cars.php?brand=Porche)
- Ferrari (links to cars.php?brand=Ferrari)
- Lamborghini (links to cars.php?brand=Lamborghini)

When I press Porche we have the SQL code in PHP;

Looks right for me.. but..

I'm looking for a system like Drupal and from my initial browse it looks to do everything that I need.

Posting or articles
Customisable themes
Forum
Shopping Cart

With reference to the latter I'm a bit concerned about payment gateways suitable for use in the UK. I can't find a definitive list and I don't have the ability to custom code a gateway.

Also i can't see an answer to why there are two versions of Drupal.

If anyone could help with these two questions I would be eternally grateful

Thanks.
