Dynamic Sorting of User Submitted Content

Hello, I'm a complete Drupal newbie, although I'm liking everything I've seen so far.

I'll try to formulate my question as clearly as possible, here's what I have in mind:

I wish to create a website where users are able to submit and review items. I know this much is possible right out of the box. But here's the twist: I would like to sort those items according to the number of reviews their author has made.

moving from joomla to drupal

I´m sad to say but after a few years workings with drupal (5 or 6 years) i think that drupal is much better, and i'd like to move my site Documentados to Drupal.
I'm not a programer, so my knowledge of mysql and php are really small, I don't know how i have to move my joomla's content to drupal's node.

it's a sql order to move from joomla to drupal.

thanks.

Download w/ cvs client from dvs.drupal.org without account?

Can anyone tell me how I can download files from cvs.drupal.org without a drupal cvs account? I'm using a cvs client and the client requires a username and password in order to connect and I was told that one could use a cvs client to download without an account for cvs.drupal.org.
