How do u make pages and link them up ?

Like i have set my primary links ! .. and created a page which is the same name as 1 of my primary links.. How do i interact betwen the 2 ?

I'm a drupal newbie. I'm planning to migrate the website of my dance club to drupal, but I first need to know if it can do all I need. The only thing I couldn't find out myself is: Is it possible to give one user or a user group author or editor right in one menu item? Maybe it is easier to understand with an example. I have those items in the menu:
-> Presentation
-> Dancefloors
-> Couples
----> Couple 1
----> Couple 2
...

I am very new to the Drupal world,
I have installed Web-Developer Server Suite, and even the drupal database there (I can see it via the phpMyadmin); my question is that:

How Can I install the drupal while I have the Web-Developer Server Suite installed. is there any problem or contradiction here?

Or if it is there installed. How can I access it?

Sorry for my stupid question, but I can't understand if I can use Drupal for a commercial site.

I view some topic in which someone says yes and someone else no...where's the truth?

I am torn between using drupal/joomla or using a script for a social networking website. Two scripts I have in mind are phpfox and handshakes. I am not a programmer but from reading alot of comments on the net, it seems like Phpfox is much superior than handshakes. How do these two scripts or joomla (cms) compare to drupal in terms of architecture, scalability, and stability?

My goal is to set up a web site for my church that I can turn over to a bunch of other people to do the graphic design and content. I want it to be easy for them to do what they need and hard for them to screw things up.

The biggest question is how to set it up so that rank beginners can make changes without having to worry about re-entering lots of content or doing something complicated to recover if they screw something up. I want this for both graphic design changes and for content changes.
