Drupal Design (design.drupal.org) seeking reviews

We're looking for reviews and constructive criticisms for the new design.drupal.org prototype. If you're a designer, themer or at all interested in such things and you would like to participate in the development of this new site please head over to the groups discussion - we have also posted a bunch of screenshots for you to provide detailed feedback: http://groups.drupal.org/node/161204

Search Filter on Drupal.org for "recommended releases" for modules and themes ready for production sites.

Sure would help if search let us filter for modules and themes that are "recommended releases" ready for production sites.

The filter should be for "recommended releases" dependent upon "filter by compatibility". Only ready for production modules and themes could be found very quickly.

This would be a great time saver when reviewing modules. As it is, members have to look at each node on a module or theme to see if it is ready for production (very time consuming).

Drupal 6 performance test results

Can someone please share performance test results for typical Drupal 6 configuration on a shared server and vps.
I need numbers like requests per second, min/max/average response in ms, cpu load from hoster.

Thanks

Is there a list ranking module? Thanks in advance!

Hi Drupal Community,

Essentially, I'm seeking a "ranking" module that list organizes nodes based on the difference of "thumbs up" and "thumbs down" they receive. For example, if node A has 10 thumbs up and 2 thumbs down (10-2 = 8), it would be ranked lower than node B which has 9 thumbs up and 0 thumbs down (9-0 = 9). Since 9 is greater than 8, node B would be ranked higher on the list.

I hope that was clear. Any module suggestions?

Thanks in Advance! :)

Node Browser Tree structure

Hi there,

I was wondering if someone has thought of developing a module to better browse the node structure of drupal mainly to manage pages.

Other CMS like silverstripe and CMS made simple have such an architecture to manage their pages. it makes it more user friendly and manageable.

I was thinking to develop something in this sense.

Laundry Pick & Drop Service Website; Drupal or .Net

Hello All,

I am new in drupal, only 2-3 months experience and have developed only one website successfully. I want to decide about the new project whether I should develop it in .Net (I am expert in .Net and have 10 years experience) or in drupal.
