If this discussion arouses any interest, I expect it will eventually migrate to the module development forum, if only briefly. I expect it will only be brief because the implementation of a module to support minimal compliance with a "Truthseeker's code of conduct", which I have argued for here should be trivial and achievable by anyone who has gone through the basic module writes tutorial.[1]
The minimal requirement for someone to comply with the "Truthseeker's code of conduct" would be that anyone who disagrees with what is claimed in article on hi/her web-site should be able to place a link on his/her article back to a page written by him/her.
I am very new with drupal. I need some suggestion of what I should do for a beginner.
I am working on a function which allow user to click on a link to open some kind of lightbox or AJAX popup.
The popup will show some search filters. For example firstname and lastname. When user click on the search button the search results will show within the lightbox or AJAX popup. When user click on one of the result, the popup will close and the selected result will display at the main page. Any suggestions?
I have a website that takes fields from a form and adds them onto a pdf.
the variables passed from the form to pdf can vary as they are form of user input.

I would like to implement the same functionailty on drupal by using a module, but the modules that i have seen are ones that will print, and pdf nodes...
Hello, I'm fairly new to drupal. I've become a quick fan and have since been exploring and learning the system. My intentions are to build a page that when people login, they can "rate and review" fellow users on the website based on several categories. Each category would give a 1-10 option and a little field to post a summery statement. Then an average of all of the numbers would give a final overall rating for the user.
I'd like to propose a new forum category here on D.O: The Drupal Tavern.
This forum is the place for people who just want to bitch and complain about how hard Drupal is to learn, how much of a mystery it is, how steep the learning curve is, and never actually get around to asking for help or trying to learn, kind of like this one: http://drupal.org/node/1222578
