I was wondering if anyone was working on a "panels ui" module for Drupal 8 that utilizes layouts since this is something that is not being added to core. Pretty much a way to build pages through the admin but that uses the new Drupal 8 layout system.

Ok, maybe I am missing something here and staring right at it.

When a five year old thread with lots of posts in is bumped by a new post...

How on earth do you find it?

Should I learn Drupal 8 or Drupal 7 ?

I am planning to develop a new site using Drupal and I have never used Drupal before.
I have a bunch of content - Articles, Product Manuals, Reviews that will need to be displayed in the website.
So my question is:

1. Is Drupal content centric or Theme centric?

2. Should I first select a theme and then create content around that theme or I can create the various content types and then style them accordingly based on whatever theme I choose going forward.

I have just spent several hours trying to install "Recruiter", finally done it and went to get add-on's for the recruiter to pay for listing Job Vacancies...WOW what a shock on the pricing of this CMS, I am usual a Joomla user but there is no half decent Recruitment Modules.

Is there anyway to monetise Recruiter without taking a bank loan against my house or is there any other module like Recruiter thatis cheaper, I must admit Recruiter is a brilliant tool but price lets it down

Any ideas greatly appreciated
