What are these modules called? I've spent forever looking and can not find any information on them. I don't know if they all are one module or three separate ones. I have already installed "fancycheckboxes" and that is not what it is in the image.

I would like to create a link on the footer section that links to a page. I have a "Privacy Policy" page (node/15) ready. What I did was, creating a new block with body <a href="...node/15">Privacy Policy</a> and stick it in to the footer section of the theme. This worked ok, but I am looking for a "better" way of doing this if any.

Do you make sure your Drupal sites pass the w3.org css and html accessibility tests? I feel that the effort to achieve this would be significant, due to so many include files that come from all the modules many sites use.

Would love to hear how other developers deal with this issue.
