I've been using Drupal for a few years now, and I am pretty comfortable with the back-end, setting up and configuring a Drupal site. I can do front-end development/theming (kind of) etc. But I want to know what is the best next step to becoming more proficient and less stumbling-around-in-the-dark.
Got any advice for someone who wants to contribute more, but doesn't know where to start?
OK,
Been searching a little while, and I can't find the issue tracker for the node module from core. Are there individual trackers for each core module or are all the core modules handeled under one tracker? I have a question, and maybe a feature request for the node module.

Our company is going to use Drupal for its external-facing web site and possibly for our Intranet as well if we can get it to play nice with PeopleSoft HCM.
I've already installed Drupal for my personal web site to learn more about it, and have picked up a few books. My company is also willing to do some training so I'm wondering if any of you have had experience with the Acquia Drupal Training from Figleaf?
