Drupal 7.x

Hello. I am a new user of Drupal 7.x. This question is not about how to use theme but how not to use them, yet I don't know where to ask and post it in theme forum as rich knowledge of css is expected here.

I have the same question as this two-year-old one:

I think the site-wide or node-wide css would be useful. In fact side-wide css covers node-wide css because I can always assign like this:

body.contactus blockquote {...}

durring the installation I get to the page asking for the database info and I enter the info and click to continue.

I get the "this page cannot be displayed" page. Refreshing or visiting the install page agian after that gives the following message:
"Table variable already exists."

I checked the databas and the tables were created in the database so it IS connecting to the MySQL database and setting up the tables.

Is there possible search content only in Documentation in this drupal.org site???
