Drupal 7.x

Wondering if this is possible solution. I haven't used the Flags module much before and wanted to see if anyone had any input before I devote a lot of time to testing this strategy. I've considered various voting and polling modules, but my case is a little different, in that I want the users of my site to be voted on.

Hi I have been using dotCMS v1.7 for some time and running a site successfully..
Now,For some reasons, I wish to migrate from dotCMS to Drupal and thus I went thru Drupal handbook on migrating ( http://drupal.org/handbook/migrating )
But couldn't find a page to figure out the exact steps abd describing methods that people have to use to migrate from dotCMS to Drupal's latest version !

Just thought I would post this question and see if anyone can tell me what it is i'm doing wrong or missed. This is the message that I see:

I want to find a basic "Hello World" module to start working on Drupal 7. Can anyone help please?
