Is there a plugin which allows me to collect data (like names and adresses) so that a standard letter is modified with this data ?

I'm trying to install Drupal 7 but when visiting .../drupal/install.php, I've got a white screen of death.

I tried to override php_memory_limit via .htaccess (I don't have direct access to php.ini) : didn't fix.
I edited settings.php to set $base_url to root/drupal : didn't fix.

The logs file displays :

We searched lots of communities and we think the best cms to change to would be Drupal.

But we are no Drupaldeveloper, so we don't know if it's posible to drupal the whole Site.
Maybe someone could check this out?

If it's possible, we would start with drupal 7 because as this project would be finished drupal 7 will be available as a stable.

Maybe someone able to do the whole job for an exapable price?

I realise that multi-step forms have been discussed on the site extensively. I am yet to find a good, clean solution though. I have read through various threads and pages including http://drupal.org/node/162373 and m taking it all on board. I have a site where the any registered user will be able to submit a node, say news item. The items are all put in a workflow so nothing is published immediatly.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem i keep getting this error and everything in my .info looks fine, i cant figure it out.
