Problem with PDO and GD while installing Drupal 7 - Win7+apache+php 5.3.4

Hi,

While installing Drupal 7 I have an error like this:

Web server Apache/2.2.17 (Win32) PHP/5.3.4 OK
PHP 5.3.4
PHP register globals Disabled

D7 - Can't save user account settings

In D7 (release) I go to edit user account settings, change something, click save, the page reloads and I notice my settings didn't change.

Even as admin I can't change a users settings (timezone, password, roles - none of them will stick).

From the People list I can change things (from it's limited set of possible changes) and those changes stick.

The site was a test D7 RC2 install that I upgraded along the way to each RC and finally to D7 release. I'm fairly sure I didn't have this problem until the release.

Any ideas?

I cannot see Views under "Structure"

just installed and enabled views and all the modules associated with it, i enabled all views submodules and other things that correspond with it but i cannot see "views" under "structure", am i missing a step?

Thanks!

Edit: i just reinstalled and it worked fine, im guessing one of the other modules was giving me trouble.

Remote Logout

As Drupal is increasingly the backbone of many large communities, and as such the repository of personal information, keeping our clients and users safe from intrusion is important.

Can't add "My Account" link to menu

I'm trying to add the link to a user's own account information in a navigation menu. I'll enable it and then save. When the page refreshes, the link remains disabled.

How can I fix this?

Old database to Drupal 7

I did not exactly know where to put his, but I think this is the right forum :)

Here is my problem:
I had a Drupal 6 installation with CCK (ofcourse :P). I made some content types, each with some custom fields. I wanted to have a fresh start with Drupal 7, so I backed up everything, removed the files from the host and installed Drupal 7.
What I want to do know, is restore all the content types + nodes and fields. Normally I would just copy paste the database tables via phpmyadmin, but I saw that the structure changed alot since D6 :/
