Problem in displaying avatar in post

Hi,

I am using D6, setting file system as 'private' (also the folder is in 'public_ftp' instead of 'public_html').

I enabled user picture, and also enable access to user profiles to all, including anonymous visitors.

Now the avatar can only be displayed for registered users and is invisible to anonymous visitors.

My question is : how to make avatar in post visible to anonymous users?

Thanks,
Derek

INSERT query onClick event

Hello developers,

What is the best approach to do a SQL query when a user click on a link and then redirect him to a page (in my module, to the add comment page) ?

I have thinking to use the page callback into the hook_menu like this:

Remove link in menu but still be able to use it?

Hey, I'm trying to remove some childs from the admin menu, but if I disable them they're not accessable anymore.
Is there any way to do this?

After upgrade to 6.1 category selection missing.

After upgrading to 6.1 I went to edit on of my pages to add another category term to it and there are no taxonomy terms or categories appearing in the edit panel. All my categories are there from before but I can no longer select them for adding new documents or editing them.

thanks
Eric

Multiple User Profiles under One Log In?

I wasn't entirely sure where this belonged. Still new to the system and all. So my appologies. You can beat me, I promise I won't wiggle much!

For use with an RPG ( non-video game ) site, for NPCs (non player characters) in control of an admin-level user.

I'm not much of a coder, but Drupal has just about everything my 'client' needs. We are waiting on the Advanced Forum Module, which is looking extremely awesome.

Getting text to expand/collapse?

I'm a sysad who uses drupal for making visually acceptable web sites (given my weakness in webdev/design).

Question: I have a page where it would be very nice to be able to use a link to expand/collapse a number of paragraphs of text. Is there an easy way to do this in drupal 6.x? I'm using a slightly modified (colors) "ability" theme.

Thanks!
