Drupal 6.x

In my Drupal 6 Core module Taxonomy is enabled only for Forums. How do I enable it for other content types such as Resources?

Hi, I am having trouble in configuring drupal multisite installation after the default installation.

I am looking for a way to accomplish secure PDF file downloads with access controlled by USER and not ROLE. The basic requirements are as follows:

Description:
We are looking to put paycheck stubs in PDF format online for our employees. This means we must have highly secure access to these documents for only the logged in user that they are related to.

General notes:
- Linux and Drupal 6
- Each paystub is an individual PDF file
- Files will be placed on the server and drupal file nodes created for them via server background task
