Hi there. I got drupal 7 installed. I was surprised, as I didn't think it would work. Anyways, I now want to make a basic functional website with drupal 7, so I can learn some of the basics of how it works. It would actually be nice to have a set of tutorials, starting with basic website, and going towards more advanced website with drupal 7.
thanks for your help
I am trying to install to do a new install of drupal 7.2 as I have run into problmes upgrading a version 6.2 install, but am running into the following error:
7PDOException: SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ') ORDER BY fit DESC LIMIT 0, 1' at line 1: SELECT * FROM {menu_router} WHERE path IN () ORDER BY fit DESC LIMIT 0, 1; Array ( ) in menu_get_item() (line 445 of ../includes/menu.inc)
Problem with creation of databse, it showing error like

I'm building a website and I bought a hosting package from host gator. Host gator does not support drupal 7.2, so I decided to do a manual install of 7.2, figuring it would be a good idea to have the move up to date version.
I'm a complete newbie and would love some help to sort this out.
The problem appears to be related to two things first being a 403
error. When I try access my databases and email through mediatemple
control panel.
This problem started when I uploaded 7.2 into mediatemple who have
a 6 version in their application quick install section, wondering if this
might be the reason why.
I was using squirrel mail before and when I try to log in independently
of mediatemple usernames and passwords are not recognised.
