Installing Drupal

Hi All

I have attempted to install Drupal using GoDaddy servers/FTP.

When I type in www.mywebsite.com/install.php I receive an error 404 page.
When I type in www.mywebsite.com/drupal-7.26/install.php the installation page comes up.

Any idea why I am only able to install on the /drupal-7.26/install/php and not directly on my website?

Where is the link for this page: drupal.org/project/project_module/index? It says ...page not found.

whenever i click on any menu or any content type, i get different file like fileh4Oxvi,fileo7zFPQ,filesK4yO7
where could be the problem??

I am trying to install Drupal 7 on my wamp server.
After giving the database name,username it is giving the following error and stopped the installation.

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\wamp\www\drupal\includes\database\database.inc on line 2168

Please anyone help me on this. Where should i change the execution time?

I changed the max execution time to 0 in Phpmyadmin settings, but still it is giving me the same error. I really dont know where to change the settings.

I've just completed my first installation of Drupal (yeah!). It's version 7 and I tried to carefully follow the installation instructions here. I made a copy of default.settings.php and named it settings.php and put it in the same directory as the original file on my host (1and1.com hosting services). I then made sure the security of settings.php was set to 666, noting the instructions wanted me to go back post-install and change the security to 644. When I completed the install I noticed that the security of the file had changed to 444 during install.

I have install a new module and Drupal give me two error:

Notice: Undefined index: render element in theme() (line 1081 of /opt/lampp/htdocs/xampp/DRUPAL/drupal-7.24/includes/theme.inc).

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in element_children() (line 6396 of /opt/lampp/htdocs/xampp/DRUPAL/drupal-7.24/includes/common.inc)

I've try to search how to resolve or disable the new module this but i don't find anything, can someone help me?
