Installing Drupal

Hello all,

I have the migrate module installed twice (and I can't change it).
* v2.5 in profiles/foundation/modules/contrib : it is coming from our imposed intern module repository
* v2.6 RC1 in /sites/all/modules/contrib/migrate

When I run drush migrate-register, I have an error saying drush doesn't know about migrate register. To solve this one, I have to remove the 2.5 (in profile ...), drush cc all and then drush cc drush and it's OK

Is there a way to set the default migrate to be used ?

Hi. This is probably a dumb question, but where's the control panel described at https://docs.acquia.com/dev-desktop/control? To open it, do I click on an icon somewhere, or do I navigate to a certain URL in my browser?

I'm trying to do a fresh install on an apache environment running php 5.3.28 and MYSQL 5.0.95.

When I try and access the install.php script I get the following:

1. Choose Profile -> selected "standard" -> hit "Save & Continue"
2. Choose Language -> English (built-in) -> hit "Save & Continue"

Then I would immediately got the white screen of death.

I have some websites in a folder named Sites that preview @ http://G1, http://GW, http://GZ, etc. I'd like to to check out Drupal, creating duplicate Drupal sites at http://D1, http://DW, etc. However, I haven't been able to install Drupal.

I started by installing Drupal @ Applications > MAMP > htdocs. Everything was going smoothly until I got the following error message:

I am trying to install the Drupal Distribution "OpenOutreach"

I tried this several times yesterday following all the directions but I couldn't even start the install without getting an error message:
