I would like to install drupal on my shared server. I plan to select one theme and it's attributes (modules, ect...)
I would like for most of the websites (if possible), or all of the sites on my shared server to be able to use drupal.
I would install drupal in the root directory. Has anyone had any experience with doing so?
On another note, it would be nice if different sites had their own color scheme.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
i downloaded 7.3, uploaded all the files to my server, created a DB, changed the settings.php and sites/default directory to full access
the install.php script runs until the 'configure site' page (with site name, admin credentials, etc. currently after this page it just goes whitepage on me
I've been having an issue after test migrating a site in that the custom sub-theme css does not appear to be loading, however, images are so the directory is being read and some styles are being applied.
I am having a lot of trouble installing Drupal to my GoDaddy Linux Server and am hoping someone here that is smarter than me can help me tackle this. I have attempted multiple installs of Drupal in cPanel via GoDaddy (Tried 7.31 and 7.30 just to see if GoDaddy had an issue with the newest release to no avail). All of which have ended with the same result, a bunch of errors:
I am trying to set up a forum, and have the moderators have the ability to delete messages.
We have advanced forum installed and a forum set up. I have created a moderator and I posted some messages. He does not have the ability to delete them. I as an admin can delete them, but he can't even though he's a moderator.
What do I need to do so the moderator can delete messages.
