The User terms module allows you to apply any number of your taxonomy vocabularies to users.
Usage
Configure the module at admin/user/user_terms:
- Select which of your existing vocabularies to apply to users
- If you have Profile module enabled, you can choose which category they appear in for editing
- Terms can be shown on the user account in their own vocabularies (as they would on a node), or all grouped under one heading.
Views support
You can add the User: Terms field to a user view, as well as use user terms to filter, sort, or as an argument.
To add User terms fields to a node view, first add the Node revision: User relationship to get to the user first.

Hierarchical Select User Terms displays the vocabulary elements as user friendly hierarchical select boxes on the user edit form.
