My goal as a designer and developer is to make the online world as approachable, as understandable, and as delightful as the real world. I want to make people happy and confident online.

Interacting with our environment is something that at a fundamental level, everyone understands. Balls roll downhill, apples fall from trees, and turning the knob in the sink turns on the water. In the digital world the experience can get murky or in other words "you never have to worry that gravity.js has a bug".
