Paid Drupal services

Hi guys,

I hope someone will be able to help me. I have looked online for days, tried what feels like thousands of fixes but nothing is working and I've run out of ideas.

On views, I use editable views and want to create multiple pages of views to edit my clients' profile fields in bulk. I use Drupal as a Client Portal for my cleaning company and if staff change or a day of service changes, having the bulk edit option is the ONLY thing that will work; editing each profile directly is too time consuming for our team.

Here are my main priorities, not sure what notes and stuff you guys have on what needs to be finished.

1.) To toggle between Wholesale and Retail pricing when creating an order through the admin panel.

2.) Wholesale pricing based on account role (i.e. wholesalers that have an account see wholesale pricing instead of retail on product pages etc)

3.) Discounting/Coupon Module to give out promotional codes and such

Must be strong with mysql and drupal custom module php.
Understanding of how webforms data is represented in mysql and understanding of webforms mysqlviews.
Budget is $3,000 to $5,000.
Willing to discuss equity partnership.
