Paid Drupal services

I have a quick project that's ready to be developed for a client. It's a few simple forms that allow a user to make an account, list their practice, post a job or rental (they are basically the same thing) and search. The designs are ready. This will be adding functionality to an existing site so most of the HTML is already there. I am looking to get this done for between 1,000 and 1,500 USD. Need a Drupal Commerce Consultant to Audit Site and make corrections

I have a non-profit client who has a Drupal commerce site. NOT KICKSTART
I do not have a commerce person on staff currently and need someone to look at the site and make corrections and changes. MUST BE COMPETENT IN RULES!!!!! There are ongoing issues and we need to correct them fast.

Main issue is Anonymous users add product to shopping cart and cart remains empty. If you are not versed in Commerce and Rules Please do not apply!!

Currently migrating a D7 existing site from GoDaddy shared hosting to GoDaddy VPS.

Feature request for "Sports Pickem" drupal module.

User creates the league and has it password protected so that only their friends or coworkers can access the league and NOT every single user that signs up.

1. User creates league and assigns it a password.

2. User sends invites to friends using send to a friend mod possibly with the password to the newly created private league.

The league creation page is already present but only access for the admin to create the league. I need it for the user as well.

We have a 2-person team in place and need a developer to join that will handle certain aspects of the development. Likely timeframe for this work is Sep-Nov, but timing is not definite.
