Paid Drupal services

The project involves "embedding" an existing site in Drupal. The site is:

By embedding I mean taking the existing site that we have and making it part of a seamless Drupal site.

Its a japanese grammar database, which we built raw in PHP. My goal in making it part of Drupal is to extend community features, forums, use the Drupal commenting system, basically making the core grammar database part of a full community site.

Ok, I've seen a template on the net, that i would like to use with drupal. They have a css version and a html version of the template. Which one is best and.....AND is there anyone who can do the implementation for me? I am willing to pay if the price is right.

Basically all i need from this person is to make it work with drupal (im new and learning drupal, but very bad with themes development and such). Very important is, the template should work very well with drupal modules, because i noticed some of the themes have limitations...

to bring the website to reality. (Our volunteer helpers, as wonderful
as they are, do not have the time.)

We're looking for someone to work with on building a dynamic website using Drupal. We reuire someone with time and dedication as well as great familiarity with drupal as no one else on the team are capable of working with drupal excellently.

I'm in the process of setting up a new site using Drupal. Need someone with Drupal experience capable of creating new modules if necessary.
