Paid Drupal services

I'm looking for a web developer to build a complex site for me! Uploading alot of video then doenloading all to server and editing!

I am looking for a developer that can assist me in getting a site up and running that will handel alot of video uploads. I will need 27 minutes of video per day uploaded and then a download all function to get it to my editors who will edit it for TV daily! I will also need e-commerce function that allow us to analyze the second of a video clip and charge for uploaded seconds. We will also need a daily upload all function to get the video swiftly to our editors! In addition we would like to have an e -commerce music page that users can upload music an see it on our site.

Hi, I'm new to Drupal, but like what I see. I'd designed a static site for a much-needed community portal, but would love to have it in Drupal. My first question is:

1. Whether a template could be created from my existing design (see http://www.add-vantaged.com/add01.htm and click on the "next" buttons top left of the page to cycle thru 9 images). If so, I'd appreciate a ballpark quote from any developer who's interested and could get the work done quickly.

Looking for developer with experience in setting up taxonomy structure for website. Drupal 4.6 is already installed although would prefer moving to 4.7 beta version as the site is not live. The project involves "embedding" an existing site in Drupal. The site is:

By embedding I mean taking the existing site that we have and making it part of a seamless Drupal site.

Its a japanese grammar database, which we built raw in PHP. My goal in making it part of Drupal is to extend community features, forums, use the Drupal commenting system, basically making the core grammar database part of a full community site.

Ok, I've seen a template on the net, that i would like to use with drupal. They have a css version and a html version of the template. Which one is best and.....AND is there anyone who can do the implementation for me? I am willing to pay if the price is right.

Basically all i need from this person is to make it work with drupal (im new and learning drupal, but very bad with themes development and such). Very important is, the template should work very well with drupal modules, because i noticed some of the themes have limitations...
