Paid Drupal services

Hello. I need to find someone who can help me with some minor code modifications within drupal. I would be willing to pay hourly or better yet, if I tell you what I need and you tell me how much.

If you can email me with your approximate rates to complete the following projects that would help.

1. Anonymous users can use contact form: I need to modify the code so that an anonymous user can use the contact form to email a member

2. I would like to modify the code so that all external links open in a new window, but relative links do not.

My company Pikkle provides content for japanese mobile phones. We have a Flash downloadable character service called "charajam". People pay about 30 cents per character download.

I have a client, a prof. photographer. He needs a proof gallery his clients can look at & order prints. I have looked around and it seems like Drupal and/or Gallery 2 can do about 80% of what is needed. The main issues are: (1) user login takes user to his and only his portfolio & (2) when he searches he only sees results from within his portfolio.

Here is more detail. This needs to be done within about two weeks.

Here are specs as I understand them. Database will be constructed using php & MySql and as such will be scalable.

Client login (currently on upper right corner of www.xxxxxxxx.com): client would login with assigned user name and password, which would take client to a specific client gallery.

(For the purposes of this delineation of the site, we will use the biggest current gallery which is the xxxxxxxxx gallery. There are 62 patients and doctors, photographed over the past couple years. Some patients have as many as 40 photographs. Some only have four. photographer returns and shoots the same patients over time, so batches of photos will always need month and year keywords/filters.)

Client arrives at the main xxxxxxxx page, we envision it to say something like:" Welcome to the xxxxxx Gallery, xxxxxxxx, Photographer. For prints or information call 510-xxxxxxxx.
You may click on thumbnails to view individual patient galleries or search by keywords at the bottom of this page."

In parallel we participate in a EU-FP6 Innovation funded project about Cyber-Security where we have a role during the next 3 years of int/ext communication.
In our Grouping, similar a Cooperative of micro-companies, we don't have any expert specific in design of a artistic logos and brochures.
The budget proposed by the coordinator is around 2500EUR. The designer should have to prosose 5 logos and a eBrochure (one-page) for the project.
