University Chic, a rapidly expanding start-up company for women in college and graduate school, is seeking an energetic, creative, self-directed and detail-oriented person to join our team as a website developer for our website at www.universitychic.com.
Right now there are a lot of people making noise about getting gallery where it can support Flickr style tags and/or plug into the Drupal taxonomy system. Some people seem to be fiddling with it, but it doesn't appear to be anyone's current project.
I'm not a programmer (though I hack around a bit), but I'm working with a company that strongly needs this functionality. If anyone is interested in taking this project on as a paid gig, PLEASE CONTACT ME.
Need a proven Drupal developer to help me put together an alt-weekly paper website. I'll do the graphics, you do the heavy lifting bending Drupal to your will.
I posted a thread on this thinking I could do it myself, http://drupal.org/node/34780, but I just don't think I'm going to have enough time to do it myself.
Please reply with examples and experience, and I'll hit you up by the end of the week.
I'm looking for someone to develop a theme for a non-profit group I am involved with. The group doesn't have much money, so only about $200 or so is available for the work. We are, however, looking for someone we can continue to work with as the organization continues to grow. The organization has been growing rapidly, and with new grants and soon to be acquired 501c3 status we expect that the growth will continue at a rapid pace.
I'm also looking for a flash developer.
Please let me know what sort of rates you charge as well as a link to your portfolio.
But I think this module idea could be useful to a great many Drupal community members - so I'm throwing it out to the Drupal community for feedback and offering a bounty (which I've personally kicked off with $300 USD).
Donations to increase the bounty can be made via donorge.org here and donation progress can be monitored here.
This module would be an enhanced hybrid of the existing Node Vote and Hall of Fame modules. Its objective would be to provide comprehensive node-scoring and user-performance-recognition mechanisms. Intended usage could include various online “artistry circles” whose primary purpose is to provide peer review and feedback among authors/creators. (Examples: writing circles, photography circles, music circles, etc.) This module could probably easily be extended to a multitude of applications.
I've done my best to draft design specifications which you can review here.
Drupal consumers:
Please feel free to contribute suggestions regarding my design draft for this module! And please step up and make a donation if you believe this module would be useful for your site!
