Wanted: Professional Designer w/Drupal Theme Experience

I am seeking a professional web designer with Drupal theme development experience for a Drupal-driven web site in the medical claims industry. The site has been in development for 8 months and is readying to go live in April.

Qualified candidates are required to provide published examples of their Drupal themes. Non-Drupal examples are a plus (for demonstrated proof of your artistry.)

Price and terms negotiable.

If interested, please email me directly via my profile.

Thanks,
John Hanley (aka. Bacteria Man)

Looking for short-term help as base for long term contractual relationship

I've got a list of site improvements that I'd like to make to www.signalhealth.com. We'll characterize these as V.1.1. Some of them require discussion and educating me. Some should be pretty straightforward. The site uses Drupal (V.4.5), MySQL, Apache. I'm located in New York and New Hampshire. Successful work and a successful relationship doing V.1.1 will lead to more substantial work on what I'll characterize as V.2.0 and to an ongoing contractual relationship for small tweaks and for maintenance. Being able to do the technical work is obviously essential. Working collaboratively is important. I would also prefer someone or a small group creative enough to learn where I'm going with the site and to suggest enhancements that I may not have thought of.

Here's the general picture. The immediate needs are outlined below for V.1.1. But I'm also designing a much more elaborate framework for V.2.0. This may involve paid subscriptions, a fairly complex group membership authentication scheme that would allow different users access to different content. This would require considerably more effort than my immediate priorities and so taking care of the immediate would also allow the developer/s and me to develop and test a working relationship.

Here are the immediate high priorities for V.1.1:

  1. I want to start podcasting. And I don't just mean embedding sound files in blog posts. I want users to be able to subscribe and have it download automatically. If I understand correctly, that means an upgrade to v.4.6. My current sense is that these should go into a new section entitled "Voices" (with the link just below "Contributors Commentary" and perhaps into commentary as well. I may need some MySQL help here too as I've been unable to upload any .mp3 files directly to the site.

Finding Drupal Development Work

I've been doing independent contracting work for about eight months now. I'm pretty hooked on it. Sure beats having to show up an 9AM or *ask* for time off :) I like being able to work from 9PM to 5AM and taking off a week when *I* feel like it.

Ever since I put Drupal on my resume, it seems to be the thing that draws in the most interest. But I'm tired of posting my resume on Dice or Craigslist only to get spammed by recruiters who obviously didn't even look at my resume and don't speak English.

Looking for flexisearch extension

Hi, I am willing to pay for someone to customize flexisearch to provide a drop-down menu when a node has a drop-down menu. I am looking for a bid (can be ballpark) first, then I will get my client's approval to go ahead. I contacted the original flexisearch developer but did not hear back from him. Please contact me for more details on requirements.

Thanks,

RPF: Real Estate Module

Looking to have real estate module created. Module would be run on an existing drupal site (4.5, waiting for 4.7 to upgrade??). Current setup uses flexinode, which may just need to be modified. The following already exists (except the last two), but does need to be modified.
