Custom Module (Support-Ticket type)

This module should be compatible with Drupal 4.6.x and 4.7.x.

This is what I would like the module to be able to do:
- Once the user registers, they are able to submit a application (when this happens, their account switches from a normal "user" group to a "pending applicant" group)
- A recruitor can view the application and accept it or decline it
-If the recruitor decline it, the user will receive immediate notification by email that their application was declined (and their group changes from "applicant" to "user")
- If the recruitor accepts it, that recruitor will be assigned to the user and will be able to keep track of the whole application process (the group changes from "pending" to "applicant")
- The recruitor will be able to update the users information (all the information that was in the application), in addition the recruitor will be able to add more information . All the information will not be applicant editable (ie. any changes have to go through the recruiter, as to make sure false information is not placed). The only information the applicant can change (without going through the recruiter) is through their profile, and it is their username, password, and email.
- Communication with the user and the recruitor should be through the website, that way it can keep track of all the interactions between them (it can be private message-type, however preferably something like a support-ticket, that way administrators can oversee the interactions).

Drupal programmer/developer and CSS designer needed for two or more sites

We have a client that has several health related portals. However, we will manage all aspects of this project for them. So, we will be the only point of contact to move things along quicker.

Right now we're using Drupal 4.6.5 and the theme is Pushbutton. Modules currently used (or installed) on the site is: pathauto, nodewords, poormanscron, front_page, flexiblock.

This requirements should not be too difficult, but the programming/dev. side will require setting up Phpadsnew and xml ad integration with the Drupal sites we are managing.

============

Basic Requirements/Needs:

1) DISPLAY OF CONTENT/PRODUCTS OR BY HEIRARCHY CATEGORIZATION

Categorization of products and information on main node pages like the main "Supplements" or "Health Articles" pages, etc. using <div> tags and CSS. Right now, we're looking to have about 3-4 main category node pages like "Supplements and Vitamins" and "Health Topics" which will include articles and health information. We simply need a couple of nice looking CSS-div powered blocks to display the pertinent navigation at the top of those few pages (in a block or 3/4 column display if possible). We'll posibly display images, so something like a "Top Products" block with 5-8 products would be nice, then we can rotate those out as needed for other products.

An example of the type of categorization I would need would be similar to this site: http://www.vitacost.com/SportsNutrition
