I'm moving to Toledo, Spain very soon. Is there anybody in that area (Madrid/Toledo) who would be interested in getting together and discussing how things are for developers/themers, and possibly discussing collaboration?

We're an online news service who need to create some modules to manage our site and move to Drupal.
Essentially we require the following functions:-
1) Mutliple category assingment for each article
2) Related articles- allows writers to select related articles already published
3) Index page management module to assign the stories that should be displayed on the front page and their ranking
4) Importing of our exisiting articles (currently on a different cms but on mysql)
Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego is making a move to a modern CMS driven Web site. Version one of the move will involve architecting a solution in Drupal while ongoing projects will involve widening the services of the site, calendaring, PDA interfaces, touch screen content delivery etc...

REQUIREMENTS FOR A BOOK PROMOTION WEBSITE
• Site contains approximately 8 audio tracks and text
• Admin (author)
• Simple landing page
• Home page access requires username and password
• Users can listen to audio stream from the site
• Admin can view log of visitors
o Who visited the site when
o IP address of visitor (e.g. to track password overuse)
o Activity initiated by user (e.g. play which audio, view chapter 1)
• Admin can add new users, restrict existing users (expect ~ 100 users)
• Admin able to add, delete files on the site (low priority)
• E mail alert to admin when user logs in, with username, time (low priority)
AUTHOR WILL SUPPLY
o All text
o Any graphics
o All audio samples
o EULA wording
o E mail address for password request
USER EXPERIENCE
• URL takes user to simple landing page with:
o Title of book
o Graphic or default template
o Contact for password request
o User login
Enter username and password
• If user has a password, then enter username and password to access home page
• User attempting entry without valid username and password receives message “Invalid login. Please contact the administrator.”
• If no password, then user contacts admin
o Admin sends back e mail with “EULA”
o User sends back EULA with “I agree”
o Admin creates and sends username (e.g. user’s e mail address) and password (generated by Admin)
