Professional developer needed for new financial/news website

I am looking for a developer to help me build a new financial news and community site. It will be an e-commerce site that will have paid subscriptions. I expect this site to grow into a large and highly trafficked website and once complete would like the developer to be able to do additions and changes to the site every few months.

This will be an upgrade of the financial website wallstreetwindow.com. As it exists now it is a subscription website with one author built with Microsoft Frontpage. I want to use a CMS and PHP to be able to have multiple authors and the site and allow the users to interact with each other.

We plan this site to be built around Drupal, but PHP and/mysql programming may be needed for some areas of the site. Experience with programming Drupal modules a bonus. We need the developer to also show us how to make simple changes to the site once it is complete, like how to create new landing pages, add new writers to the site. We also want to create an affiliate program for the site. We are currently using paypal for our subscription payments and database and will need to use it on the new site too, but want to have ability to have other payment options and credit card processors once it is complete. We want to have a lot of input during the development process concerning the layout, text, and look of the site.
