We're looking to add a fulltime developer to our team. Most important skills are general PHP/MySQL programming, although 50-75% of the work will probably be in Drupal. Experience with CiviCRM a plus.

Skill Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of standards-compliant CSS/XHTML
• Good knowledge of JavaScript
• Good knowledge of Photoshop and graphic manipultation required for web production (not actual design)

Nice to Have:

• ASP/IIS experience
• Unix/Linux system administration, Apache administration
• CiviCRM/Civicspace
• Perl

• Java/C++

-Detailed site strategy
-Site map
-Wire frames constructed by our Information Architect
-Strong guidance on goals, deadlines and deliverables
-Basic market research

Your expected deliverables will be:
1) 3 different design comps based on the provided wire frames in psd format
2) 3 initial logo designs in psd format
3) 2 rounds of revisions to the winning design comp for logo and site in psd format
