Bounty: $500 - Tagging by authenticated users

We have drupal 4.7.2 and we use freetagging. We want authenticated users to be able to tag items also. Here are our thoughts on this module/project:

1. We'll need a table to keep track of tags by node id by user.
2. The same table 'could' function as the "displayable" tags table if we wish to count occurrences per tag/per node every time we display a node in order to rank tags but that’s probably not advisable since that's an extra query.
3. We probably want to keep a "displayable" tags table that simply has the tags/node with a count for ranking purposes or we could just use the existing term_data table and the term_node table since it already displays tags in the proper order (assuming we rank them in the table using the count from our new table and can be exceed -10 to +10 if there are more than 20 tags?)
4. We’ll need to design an interface for people to enter/edit tags or just expose the current ‘editable’ tag field as seen when the author clicks edit (but this is not too cool showing an editable field every time content is displayed).
5. We'd prefer a “tag me” Icon that displays a popup window when clicked where an authenticated user could enter/edit tags.
6. We’ll need to clone or reuse the existing code that allows people to enter/edit tags so that users can enter new tags, edit their current tags or delete tags when they click the “tag me” icon.

Upgrade Blog Archive module to 4.7

I need the Blog Archive module upgraded to Drupal 4.7: http://drupal.org/node/19625

I'm hoping this isn't a big job. If you'd be able to do this within the next week or so, please email me at drupal at sevendays.com.au with an estimation of how much it would cost.

Payment will be via PayPal in US or Australian $.

Thanks,
Jeff

Matt Cutts (Google) told me to post this JOB here...

To Expert Drupal Developers,

I'm at the SES Convention in San Jose right now. Earlier today I spoke with Matt Cutts about developing a community blog for our company. He suggested I post on this site.

Looking for a blog that will blend (somewhat) cosmetically with our other sites:

double u, pea, jay, a, dot, com (spelling this wrong on purpose) Weddddding PhooootoJournallist Assssociatiooon.

with dot net shows what our forum looks like

...our new magazine site is linked from the homepage of the dot com site above, looks like WeddddPiiiiix.

Categorized Search Results

We are looking for someone to extend the search results and be able to categorize them by content type: blogs, forum post, page, wiki, book page, etc.

We need multiple result sets returned to display inside ajax windows.

anyone up to the challange and opportunity?
