I would like to hire somebody to convert the _header.jpg at http://www4.easyturf.com into valid XHTML/CSS. I would like the black tab navigation (Artificial Turf | Installation | Company) to be a *nice_menus* instance of the Primary Navigation menu.

I would like the slogan "Where the Grass is ALWAYS Greener!" to be tied to the drupal site $slogan.

I would like the Showcase Locator to be a valid block - "Showcase Locator" being the block title, and of course the form being the block content.

we are running a swiss cityguide. it's all made in flash. now we would like to migrate to drupal and present all the content much more accessible way in the drupal cms with a embeded google/yahoo map.

there is no need for automated geocoding we will putin all the locations manually.

we have a php application that needs to create an organic group (which then creates a forum and a calendar for each group).

This is needed immediately

We'll pass the name of the group and the attributes can be hard coded since all groups on our site are the same.

The Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC), an international
non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, is developing a new web site to
support its network of people around the world who are interested in
Nonviolent Communication. (Nonviolent Communication is sometimes
referred to as Compassionate Communication - its purpose is to
strengthen our ability to inspire compassion from others and to
respond compassionately to others and to ourselves.)

We are exploring the possibility of using CivicSpace/Drupal as the
basis of our new web site. We have put together a list of very high
level requirements, reflecting the IT needs of our organization:

We are hoping that many of these requirements could be met through
the new web site.

We are looking for a CivicSpace/Drupal designer/developer who can
work with us in a consulting role to develop a high-level design for
the new web site. Some requirements analysis work will be involved
as well. The ideal candidate would know PHP, would have experience
with CivicSpace, and would have experience programming modules for a
recent version of Drupal. The high level milestones/deliverables for
this phase of the project are:

Requirements and Skills

 Excellent communication skills with ++ attitude. Creative, open minded and passion for contemporary art!
 Willing to work collaboratively with a small but ambitious/creative group of people; onsite/offsite
 Ability to work on multiple tasks on tight schedules
 Self motivated, highly organized and willing to take responsibility
 Install and optimize Drupal package. Customize user roles and develop content approval procedures.
 Install and customize various modules such as Forum, Chat, News, image and video gallery etc…
 Excellent programming skills with PHP and MySQL. Experience with XHTML, XML/RSS, JavaScript, XML/RPC, CSS and version control systems. AJAX experience a big plus.
 Experinece with audio/video integration is vital. Install Image, Video databank and customize the metadata according to the museum needs.
 Ability to work with designers and implement new design ideas to the core system. Understanding about flash/drupal integration is crucial. Help designers and provide necessary modules for high end graphical user interface. Flash action script experience is a plus.

This is a part time / freelancer position for at least 3 months starting late August.
