Paid Drupal services

I'm looking for someone to create a small module - one that adds a few fields to the blocks.module block admin form. I can hack the blocks module to take care of this, but I'd rather have someone do it right, and I'm not experienced enough with drupal module development to do it.

I have this and some forthcoming projects that I need help with. Here's a brief rundown of this project, which is mostly to do with Images attached to the "story" content type:

We're using image module's "image attach" along with upload_image to allow images in the story content type. When clicking the Random Image block, Upload_image's default makes a link to the associated story. We like this. We want the image module's "image attach" to do the same thing.

I'm new to drupal and want someone to design a template for a site thats in the works. I have a specific idea in mind but lack the experience and style to get it looking good.

I would also like the designer to spend a little time explaining how I can modify the design in the future. (I have knowledge of php, css, and xhtml so that wont be too difficult.

The company i am working for needs a bridge to be built that can adequately integrate the forum system Invision Power Board into Drupal. We are willing to Donate to Drupal in exchange for this module and continued support for it. The module can even be released under an open source license so that it is available and accessible to all users of Drupal.
