We are a small start up company using Drupal to build a multi-lingual
web-site that generates income via advertising.

We are using the CKK and taxonomy modules and need to create a few custom
modules for the easy creation of content.

We are looking for a genuine Drupal Expert willing to advise us on a
retainer/call-off basis. Mostly this would just be advice but we may
possibly request some coding work too.

I am the owner of www.TranceCritic.com (this website has a google pagerank of 5) and am looking to move the site over to www.emcritic.com from phpnuke over to drupal. The database with users and forum (+posts) have already been successfully ported over, the only thing that needs to be done is module installation and configuration. Bare in mind that I started the work and installed a lot of modules but have had trouble with configuring everything thus far so finishing it up will probably be a breeze. The biggest challenge will probably making a make-shift node module with the cck to display our content, reviews.

Designe & Theme could be discussed also, however, my main priority is getting the website online and in 'working mode' before looking at the design. However, if both can be addressed at the same time we may be able to work something out.

We are a team of volunteers, ideally i'd like someone to volunteer thier time but that is unlikly to happen. Financial compensation can be negotiated or i'd also be willing to throw in free advertisements for the developer who undertakes this project or possibly a combination of the two. I'd like the relationship to be on an ongoing basis (as with all the volunteers on the website) and i'd like whomever is on this project to actually become part of the team a continue a sustained relationship with myself and other staff members. We've all been together for 2+ years and have become very good friends. Also, one of these friends owns a web-hosting company and runs into new clients on a regular basis which means the potiental for new projects for the person willing to undertake this project.
