Paid Drupal services

San Francisco Bay Area company is seeking an experienced Drupal Themer for contract opporunity in a start-up environment.
We are located in the East Bay near BART transit and prefer to have someone that can come on-site to work with the team.

Themer will work with PHP application engineers to create user interface to match mocked up designs.
Prior professional experience developing Drupal Themes using HTML, CSS and PHP Template is a must.

I'm looking to create a paid video sharing website similar to revver.com. But instead of a google adwords, revenue share viewers would have to pay-per-view of each instructional video. That revenue is paid out to the video uploader and the website. There would also be a free section similar to most video-sharing sites like youtube.com etc.

I think that drupal would work well for this, but, as I'm not technical... don't know for sure...
