Paid Drupal services

I'm looking for a PHP/MySQL developer who is interested in working on a humanitarian project (ongoin preferably) that has the potential to save thousands of lives each year. Payment can only be made with profit-share of the site and it's varying avenues of revenue generation.

Unfortunately due to illness I'm unable to work and consequently cannot afford any upfront payment. Sorry.

Well, in one month we are going to launch the beta version of a new, even more useful and even more completely free (?!) website.

This is a site that will be a great help to both freelancers and for people looking for help with Drupal projects.

Overview:

There is an existing live web application which has >40 000 users and organization accounts.
We want to enhance it with social networking/communities functionality.

Target:

We are still writing the specs for this project so not all requirements are 100% clear.
But as a beginning, the plan is to extend each account with its own blog, and its own forum, and a "personal page" with updatable contents.

Specifics:

Looking for someone to develop a new theme -- or find a suitable one to customize -- for my community news site, h2otown.info. This site is on 4.7 and is hosted on Bryght.

I'm looking for a theme that allows me to make extensive use of blocks and get a lot, horizontally, on a screen, along with a prominent top banner.
