I represent a PR company company with offices across Asia Pacific. We are looking to find Drupal web site developers to partner for the long-term. We would effectively sub-contract out and project manage any web-site jobs our clients request.

Hi, I am exploring outsourcing development of a community site for Baltimore MD USA's young professionals.
