Hi there, I am looking to hire a Drupal programmer to convert a Wordpress blog and a forum to a Drupal community. I want the functionality of popsugar.com with the forum and karma module (http://drupal.org/node/66596) implemented. I am from a "developing" country, so programmers who like to quote outrageous prices need not send bids. A kind person with an agreeable personality is also a plus, since I am looking to build a professional relationship for the long run.

CM Professionals, the international content management community of practice (www.cmprofessionals.org), considers replacing its cms and building a new website. The deadline for this is 11 October 2006.

I need someone to design a completely custom and unique skin for a Drupal 4.7 installation. Prices are negotiable. I currently have NO ideas for a deisgn, so I need someone that can also help me come up with that. (This status may change as I am managing the creation of a website for a client and he may decide he wants it to look like X or Y. If this is the case then I understand prices can change, but once I commit to a design, I will stay that course, there will be no changing half way through.)

San Francisco Bay Area company is seeking an experienced Drupal Themer for contract opporunity in a start-up environment.
We are located in the East Bay near BART transit and prefer to have someone that can come on-site to work with the team.

Themer will work with PHP application engineers to create user interface to match mocked up designs.
Prior professional experience developing Drupal Themes using HTML, CSS and PHP Template is a must.

I'm looking to create a paid video sharing website similar to revver.com. But instead of a google adwords, revenue share viewers would have to pay-per-view of each instructional video. That revenue is paid out to the video uploader and the website. There would also be a free section similar to most video-sharing sites like youtube.com etc.

I think that drupal would work well for this, but, as I'm not technical... don't know for sure...
