Hi there, I am looking to hire a Drupal programmer to convert a Wordpress blog and a forum to a Drupal community. I want the functionality of popsugar.com with the forum and karma module (http://drupal.org/node/66596) implemented. I am from a "developing" country, so programmers who like to quote outrageous prices need not send bids. CM Professionals, the international content management community of practice (www.cmprofessionals.org), considers replacing its cms and building a new website. The deadline for this is 11 October 2006.

Drupal is one of the CMS-es on our short list. We would like to ask parties within the Drupal community to respond to jelle@hartman-communicatie.nl. Every respondent will receive our RFI and concept Interaction Design.

I need someone to design a completely custom and unique skin for a Drupal 4.7 installation. Prices are negotiable. I currently have NO ideas for a deisgn, so I need someone that can also help me come up with that. (This status may change as I am managing the creation of a website for a client and he may decide he wants it to look like X or Y. If this is the case then I understand prices can change, but once I commit to a design, I will stay that course, there will be no changing half way through.)
