Paid Drupal services

We are working on a project around content management and video media.
We want to create a prototype now and are thinking about basing it on drupal. Therefore we are searching for a drupal expert to help, preferably somebody based in Sweden to make it easier.

The Drupal Task-Force (D.TF) will pay (*) the firm or professional that integrate in a Drupal shared platform (i.e. EUwork.net or WEKOMS.com) a mobile application:
- to send SMS to the members of a group (if permission)
- receive voice-comments in the post (voice-forum)

The provider will become member of the Non-profit group (formal agreement) and it has access to the rest of the Drupal platform (at the moment hosted by CONSEN.org); insertion in the video of promotion In BCN'07 and next events; material of the training courses (MeshUp.org); and other shared resources and competences.

(*) 50% prepayment (after fulfill requested information http://CONSEN.info/Approach) and 50% post the event.
