Hi,

I'm a coder and currently setup a blog using Drupal. Because of it is in my nature of being a coder, I'm a bit detered from and just incapable with design stuff. ;)

I don't want any default design. I want an individual but not to colored design. Well, I would know people which could create such a design for a good price for me, but I also don't want have to mess myself up by converting a raw design to a drupal template.

We are looking for a lead developer to build a drupal based content management and community site that will be at the core of Soliya’s programmatic activities.

Soliya (www.soliya.net) is a nonprofit organization that uses the latest in Internet technologies to bridge the divide between the West and the Arab & Muslim World. The name Soliya derives from the integration of Sol (Latin for Sun) and iya (Arabic for light). For the last three years, Soliya has been conducting the Connect Program, a cross-cultural educational program that enables university students in the US and across the Middle East to communicate through a rich online environment. As part of the program, students engage in weekly web-based videoconferencing sessions, produce their own individual videos, and work collaboratively on various projects. We are now in a period of significant growth in which we are expanding the reach of the program from hundreds of students a semester to thousands of students a semester.

The alumni from the Connect Program have proven to be very committed and continue to engage in dialogue and collaboration. They will form the foundation to what we are calling the Soliya Network. The Soliya Network will be a cross-cultural online social network that enables young people from throughout the US, Europe, the Middle East and the broader Muslim World to explore rich multimedia features about Western-Islamic Relations, express their perspectives on those issues through creating rich media content of their own, and engage in ongoing dialogue and collaboration.

The goal is to create a jobs listing page or pages.

We have a page where we list the jobs, and when we click on the title we are shown the node.

From this detail page, we require a form where interested applicants can reply and attach/upload their resume.

The question is, how to make the replies respect the node_reference field that links a reply to a job? And how should the whole thing be done?

Hi there. I'm a developer who has been working with Drupal now for 6+ months. I've suggested that my company standardize on Drupal for new projects and they are listening.

On that note, we've just taken on another large project and so we need another Drupal developer -- full job desc. below.

SENIOR WEB/PHP DEVELOPER
