I received a job about a week ago to convert a psd file to drupal theme using css.

I have started it but to be honest I have so much work on i need to get others to complete the work.

The work is about 25% done and is pretty simple for anyone who is skilled at coding with css.

Unfortunately I wasn't looking carefully enough and posted sonething similar in the wrong forum. Anyway.

Just quickly, I'm based in Australia, Victoria.

In essence, I am looking for an expert, a consultant, a serious super duper expert to work with me on my project that I've being incubating and to which I am seeking to move to the next level (seeking equity investment perhaps). But before I do that, I would like to find or gather a team who is more conpetent than me in drupal and who is a proper programmer (I'm only self taught of 5 years standing!).
