I am setting up a Drupal system and I am in need of a module that does basically what the case tracker does with a little more functionality.
This is for psychiatry medical records system to be run on a local server. Right now I am using casetracker, cck and views to do this, but this may have to be made into its own module.
The basic needs are:
PATIENTS will be identified by two features: initials and date of intake appointment. For example, John Smith, seen on September 19, 2006 would be jo-sm091906.
Patients are initially entered into WAITLIST. Waitlist is managed by administrators, but visible in read only to all user IDs. Waitlist has fields for each patient, including the following:
--Initial waitlist date (this may be most often the intake appointment date 091906 or whatever, but could be another date. (case tracker + views)
--Date removed from waitlist and assigned.
--Therapist Name for assignment once removed from list (case tracker)
--Psychiatry resident Name for assignment once removed from list (case tracker)
--Priority score for assignment, 1,2,3,4. (case tracker)
--Text Box for Diagnosis (cck)
--Text Box for Insurance Type (cck)
--Text Box for special notes (cck)
--UPDATE NOTIFICATIONS are due every 3 months from the date of the INTAKE appointment (091906).

We're in urgent need of an experienced Drupal developer to help us set up the basic infrastructure of a new content-heavy site. This is a paid job for a client. We would prefer developers based in the US or Europe. The job involves basic set up of the CMS, plus 5 different content templates.
If this job works out, and you're good, this could turn into a long-term professional relationship. We are very loyal to our people and prefer to stay with developers we know and trust. This job has fallen into our lap and so we need to ramp up quickly.
