Server administrator

Ourmedia operates six servers at San Francisco State University. We are looking for a part-time administrator to initially optimize Apache, troubleshoot httpd processes, make sure Drupal is set up correctly, and maintain the site, ensuring that Ourmedia.org does not go down. I'm looking to have a module created that will handle Event registration (ticket sales). Could be used with event, cck and ecommerce.

Fields should be:
First name
last name
email
# of tickets

User is sent to paypal after they enter their registration information. Email sent to user when they signup confirmation with confirmation number. Confirmation number will be kept on database for future reference along with paypal transaction information. Admin receives paypal IPN information.

I am in need of a custom designed theme for a site I am hoping to launch in the coming weeks. I'll try to be as thorough as possible with the elements I am looking for.

The resulting module needs to be available for 4.7, and 5.0 of Drupal.

I don't understand programming, but I have been trying to set up a simple Drupal website once before and am again trying now. I keep having problems and I am quite frustrated... like trying to install a module and it giving me errors... I don't get it. AGH.

I have an idea for a GREAT website community. I really do believe there is not one out there like it (i have looked). I am asking for a kind person's help.... help setting up modules and the website. Help also with making a theme... I can do the graphics and the look, but I cannot code.

http://drupal.org/project/video module, although it is not certain how much we will actually have to use this particular module experience would be helpful.

One of main goals will be to integrate a current script that converts uploaded videos by end users.
