I run a small web and graphic design company called Mustardseed Media ( www.mustardseedmedia.com ). We do graphic design and web design for churches and other Christian ministries.
Currently, 100% of our website builds are drupal sites. I work with a great programmer already, but unfortunately, he doesn't do this full time (he's an engineer by day) so, he can't get to my projects as quickly as I need him to. So, I'm looking for another "for hire" developer that I can count on for solid drupal work and fairly quick turnaround.
Why am I looking for a Christian developer? A couple reasons:
Money. I develop sites for ministries on a budget (my drupal sites are built for as little as $1200 total). So, I need someone who has a heart for ministry, and is willing to sacrifice their bottom line a little in order to help ministries. I'm looking for someone who will work for under, about, $50/hr.
Heart. I need you to understand why I build sites cheaply for ministries...because their mission is the most important thing in the world...and my goal is to help them build beautiful, interactive websites for a price their budgets can afford.
My requirements for the job would be that you're available on IM most work days, and that you're quick to respond to issues and questions...and of course, that you know drupal forwards and backwards.
Construction Specialties, Inc (a manufacturing corporation of specialty construction materials) is looking for a Drupal Developer in the area of Central Pennsylvania to help out in our Marketing Department's Design Team with various local, international, and internal websites that are running Drupal/MySQL, converting current handwr
I would really love to subscribe to some sort of paid support service. I'm a newbie and I've got so many questions I can't find answers to. I don't want to flood the forum with all my questions, obviously. It would be really nice to pay a monthly fee so that whenever I have a "How do I..." question, I can just e-mail someone and get a response within a few hours to a day. Plus, it's a great way to let users contribute funds to an open source project. It would be even better if the questions and answers were public so that people could use them as reference.
We need dynamic/dependent dropdowns especially on our Profile/Sign Up and Taxonomy sections of the site.
We are willing to pay well someone to create a strong and seamless integration of this functionality. We require it mainly for location (country > state > town) but maybe for one or two other things too.
I have comment_notify - http://drupal.org/project/comment_notify - running an a 4.7.3 site. The site does not allow comment submission without approval, this comments go into the approval queue. When the comments are published from the approval queue a blank page comes up, and no notifications are sent. The module works as expected when comments are published straight away on submission.
