Paid Drupal services

What happened:

Last Monday, all of a sudden my site (collegehoopsnet.com) just broke. The server load exploded and we got suspended for being on a shared server. We've since moved to a dedicated server and I've: fixed all corrupted tables, truncated or deleted what seemed to be unnecessary tables, removed 2 modules that seemed to be problematic.

What's Still Happening:
The site works for long periods, and then all of a suddent the usage goes crazy and particularly causes apache to crash.

Hello all. I am a developer with slight to intermediate knowledge of php, asp, mysql, mssql, ajax, js, css, etc.

I am in need of help creating an online store where Artists & Labels can create accounts, upload digital music (mp3/wav/ringtones), add products such as (cd/vinyl), monitor sales/radio airtime statistics, list goes on.

Customers will also have their own profile. Looking to possibly use the accounts of vBulletin 3.6x database if possible, so upon registration, user will be prompted with Account type selection (Artist/Label/User).

I've recently been given the run around by friend who is a developer, and now with a project that is a month behind schedule I'm appealing to the fine folks here. I have experience with Drupal, just not in development. Developers I've spoken with have said that what I'm looking for is not terribly difficult.

I am looking for a quote to integrate the Drupal user system and membership sign-up in CiviCRM. The Profile is already set up to get the additional info we desire but want to have the membership get paid for in the same transaction. How much would you charge for that?

I'm considering redoing my site in Drupal, but since I'm not familiar with most of the system I'm wondering if anyone wants to send me a few quotes for the following:

-Design a theme based on the current look at www.thegate.ca
-Setup initial configuration of site to include various sections

This is a fairly basic request as I don't need too many modules, and once the site is running I'm fairly confidant I can maintain it myself.

We're looking for someone to help us redesign our website. We're looking for some who is highly proficient in CSS. Some PHP and module customization will be needed.
