Paid Drupal services

Looking for someone in the area who knows Drupal very well. I've used Drupal a bit but am having trouble figuring a couple of things out. Probably 3 - 6 hours of your time over a few days would help a lot.

Looking for a Drupal developer to convert a prototype photoshop document into a functioning drupal theme and site.

There is a) a main theme and b) a secondary layout for "subsections" of the community.

Would like some feedback on what it would cost to do this project.

Additional work might include the programming of the section front content for the home page and homepages for subsections.

Example hierarchy: community -->Youth OR community -->Our Towns

Looking for a drupal site admin based in Hong Kong to support and update existing Drupal site. Not full time, a couple hours/week maximum commitment (often less) but turnaround time is critical. Will coordinate with site developer in HK and site owner in HK.

Ok. I have an idea of what kind of community we want built. And we need it built soon.... But I have no idea how to go about building it. (I’m sure I could learn Drupal.. just no time atm)

A group of people who are willing to put in up to (and not more then) 1100 dollars each of work on the construction of a Drupal Community.

The Site will be used for political youth organizing on a large scale. We have the server space and whatever else required. (I have no idea what else is required but I’m sure we have it.)

It shouldn't be overly complex work... very briefly, I'm looking for the following:

* a function which would limit users so they can only create one new node (of a specific type) per day (in their timezone). If they have already created one today and they try to create another, it will take them to edit the already-existing one (perhaps this could be coded as an extension to the user_quota.module?)

To be clear right from the start, the project involves adult content. It is an Escort Listing website, this
will not be an agency, I will have little to do with the escorts and you will have nothing to do with them.

I have contracted a web designer to do the majority of the creative work. I'm certainly open to suggestions and the site design is not set in stone.
