Paid Drupal services

We are urgently seeking some programmers with a proficiency or experience in Drupal and flash to create an interactive social networking site. The incumbent should also have knowledge about the OSS resources to stream flash media besides having proficiency in scripting languages.

Expected proficiency in php, perl, ruby, python, java and/or c plus OSS RDBMS, namely MySQL and/or PostgreSQL. Knowledge of serverside scripting, *nix system administration and VoIP will be added advantages.

1. Homepage
Layout is in 3 sections, and patterned after this site: ( http://casa.gov.au/index.htm). The main section in the middle (centered, fixed width) with two columns on either side. This is lateral, not vertical, fitting on one page. Scroll bars as needed keep the page fixed. Resize automatically to any website, and make Mozilla compatible.

Site name, Sonplace.com. We need to create a subtle 3-D effect on this logo. See the shaping of the " Google.com" icon/logo on their homepage for specifics.

At the top banner, we have the flaming sword logo. This should be on every page and be a link back to the homepage. When right-clicked, the "copy" option must NOT appear to protect the artwork.

-Also along the top banner and right justified, these links: Search, Contact Us, and Help (FAQ, copyright, site map info) Contact Us takes you to a site inviting viewers to email the Administrator, it does NOT automatically start an email program. Search lets viewers search the entire site by keyword or phrase.
